Pot roast!

One of the kids wanted a roast, so I'm going for it. I got a small beef arm roast, and I'm using this recipe: https://thedomesticman.com/2015/12/22/pressure-cooker-pot-roast/

Has anyone tried this recipe? What is your favorite way to prepare a pressure cooker pot roast?

    I made a different recipe. Well somewhat similar but I tweaked it because we didn't like the flavor, and the meat wasn't tender enough. But this time I hit it! It was amazing. Everyone loved it. Yay!

    I made a pot roast in mine tonight. Just rubbed with spices. I mostly make those to turn around and use it for curry the next night.

    Mmmm I love curries and that is actually what I usually make in my pressure cooker! I have a cookbook called Madhur Jaffrey's Quick and Easy Indian Cookbook (or something like that) and it has some yummy recipes, many with pressure cooker instructions.
