Hey everyone!
I just started a facebook group called PDX Low Carb. I can't link it now since I'm at work. Anyway, please feel free to join. I want to do outings, get togethers, resource sharing and maybe even a food share. I think it'd be nice to have a low carb community. I know there's a Paleo group but I wanted something specifically low carb.
I'll update with link as soon as possible. But the group should be visible in search on FB!
