A sticky for your top 5 favorite lifting songs.

Cause I'm always looking for good new songs to get pumped to ;)

    Only 5? hehehe That is tough. I prefer the loud, hard rock type for lifting versus cardio can be more edm/pop/dance type. Actually, I listen to just pandora channels more than specific songs with lifting. I have more set playlists for cardio than lifts but did have a playlist for the gym at one point. Here are a few of the ones I like to listen to while lifting include:

    1. Alive - from the musical Jekyll and Hyde, good for one rep deadlift
    2. Scream - Avenge Sevenfold
    3. Rock You Like a Hurricane - Scorpions
    4. Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N Roses
    5. Bodies - Drowning Pool (it was playing during one of my lifts at the meet)


    I listen to either Hard Rock Strength Training Radio, Today's Alternative Radio, Pop and Hip Hop Power Workout Radio or on rare occasion Emo Radio when I'm using Pandora during lifting. Now for runs, I have different answers. :sunglasses:
