Morning, Everyone! It's the weekend and we are going to move a bit today!

Today's Challenge:
Improve balance and stability while increasing your heart rate with 20 lateral leg lifts.

If you have to use a piece of furniture to steady yourself. I don't want anyone falling because they lose their balance!
