Would like to start a new thread for those Vegan's who are lifting weights and losing fat. Let's share meal ideas? Tips/success?

    I'm a vegan lifter who's pretty serious about the lifting aspects of things. I don't really have any recipes to share, though... but I'm always down to meet and talk to other vegan lifters.

    Ok it's September, back to business back to MFP. What does your daily/weekly lifting routine look like? So many options, alternate parts, full body. What do you do?

    I do an upper/lower push/pull split that is similar to the program PHUL. But then again, I was working with a trainer so we had customized it to my needs and goals.

    It really depends on your goals as to what you should consider doing. So, with that said... what are your goals?
