My current weight is up from where I started with this Labor Day Challenge, but at least it's down 1 pound from what it was last Monday.

That's progress, @JMarcella57 . I forgot to weigh this morning, but am hoping last week's renewed efforts to log will show at least not a gain. I am up overall for this challenge. Goals this week are to log everything every day. Last week I only logged 4 days.2

I logged M-F, but missed meals over the weekend, as I thought I might. I was lazy with my workouts -- have an ankle issue, but it doesn't affect biking or swimming -- and I think logging them might help, so I'm going back to that too.
So goal is to log consistently and also to journal, which I find helpful.3 -

Sooo... Only goals is striving for healthy foods( had Cajun tator tots with college daughter today) and log... tweaking meal plans and post training snacks...
