In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

I wanted to get this started so that next week we can all be together. It seems like now we have more people visiting and it is time to get back to doing it each week. Let's have a great week and keep it going week by week.0

Thanks Forestrose. I hadn't realized that the group hadn't been going weekly, so my apologies if I confused things by adding last week's post. I like your goals for the week- sounds doable. I tend to get overly ambitious, but going to try to keep mine more doable, too
Lost it- thanks for the website link
Hearts- so glad all went well with your surgery and that you are in good spirits! Love the swimming graphic.
I found this past week that logging was quite helpful, so my goals for this week are:
1. Log 6 days
2. Stay within designated calorie range a minimum of 5 days
Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday , and wishing everyone a happy and healthy new week0 -

Happy Tuesday Everyone. How is your week going? it is early with lots of time to do something good for yourself.
Susan- you were consistent last week and I know you can keep up with your logging. no need for apologies with the posting. we just had a slow summer and it made sense to keep ti rolling. now that we have more interactions, it does make more sense to go back to one week at a time.
Lost it- great goals and wise to keep it simple. I know you can make smart choices.
Hearts- I hope you are healing and getting stronger. maybe the pool for you soon. we are thinking of you. take care and be good to yourself.
My goals for the coming week.

3) Food - Track 5 days - 1 day
My weight went up again but I am still working hard at the gym. I have lost, gained, lost and gained again the same 3 pounds for over 3 months now. Just need to get over the hump...I ate very healthy for a month(no sweets, no snacking at night, portion control) and only lost 4 pounds so I was I little disappointed. So now I am eating normally( still no snacking at night but have had some sweets) and nothing really changed. I did gain 2 pounds but it could be from the workouts and give it 2 days and that 2 pounds will disappear again. May have to go on a very strict diet just to get a jump start.

Hello Ladies, How is your week going? How many smart choices have you made for yourself. Keep going you can do this.
Lostit -good job with your exercising and your other goals. keep going on your healthy path. the scale thing is a tricky one. if you get weighed all the time you see the fluctuations and it can be frustrating. on the other hand if you don't use the scale often enough, things can get away from you. so do what works best for you and give it a little time before you doing something drastic. though I have benefited from a strict diet for a couple of days to jump start things.
My goals for the coming week.
1. Log 3 times
2. Workout 3 times
3. Steps 7500 3 times

Not doing to well with tracking or water so really need to work on those this week. We are off to Nova Scotia on Saturday for 2 weeks. I live in British Columbia and this is our going to be our summer holiday
