    I miss tempura so much I'm afraid of trying this and be disappointed... and even more afraid of liking it. Tempura all the things!

    omg - can't wait to try this on zucchini and mushrooms.

    One question, though. In the comments below the recipe he says that frying nut flours such as almond meal is not recommended. Do you know why? I fried some chicken fingers in a coating of half almond meal and half Parmesan cheese, and they turned out nicely crisp and yummy.
