Goals for September! Tell us yours..

Hi ladies, I thought it might be helpful for each of us to write a few things we are working on over the next month. I have found that my goals change as time goes by and its good for me to reassess every now and then.
I would like to tell you all my goals because:
A) It helps me to figure them out and say them out loud
b) Telling you means you can help hold me accountable and cheer for my successes
Maybe this could be a monthly post along with our weigh-in threads.

So I'll start!
Body Related Goals:
1. Log food consistently regardless of how disastrous the day.. I need to know the truth
2. Continue Stronglifts 5x5 for increased weight and when needed drop weight to improve form.
3. Reach 100 days smoke free.
4. Attempt to not gain any more weight while eating at maintenance all during Sept.
Non body related (emotional health) goals:
1. Working on not taking the past into interactions with people I have relationships with. Approach them in the "present" with no baggage and deal with the situations at hand.
2. Getting in 15 minutes of mediation each day0 -

I did it a couple times in the beginning but no one else posted except me lol1 -
Ugh. Hard to admit I need this post. In the beginning it was hard for me to figure out every month what my goals were, because it was one thing: to achieve goal weight.
I will have to give it serious thinking over the weekend to hold myself accountable. Plus I really don't know what my next goal is other than get back into routine. Whichever routine.
Summer is spelled h-i-a-t-u-s!! And I've always fallen trap to it, except this year I decided to be kind to myself about it!!!2 -
I talk with my health advisor on the phone once a month, and that's coming up on 9/2. I might wait until then to post my goals for the month. A couple of my goals for this past month were to lose 5 lbs (I'm .2lbs away) and to lower my calorie intake. I was at a 1900 goal, often going to 2100-2200. My advisor said 1500. I was able to come down to a solid 1600-1700 average, which I think is a success. Now if I do go to 1900 I think that's high. and the 2000+ calorie range is more rare. So I'll have to wait to talk to her to figure out my goals for September. After we talk I'll post what they are.1
