"Baked" potatoes

We've made whole potatoes in our pressure cooker and they're been wonderful, without heating up the whole house.
I put water in the bottom, then put them up on a steamer, and it's like 10 minutes (though you might have to adjust depending on the size of the potatoes.)
You can crisp them up under the broiler afterwards, but we like them just as they are.

I made potatoes tonight and they were huge. I did them for 25 minutes with a quick release, and they were still a bit hard in the middle! So I've learned something. I might have done a natural pressure release next time and I'll either do that again or just set it for more time from now on.0

Natural release worked for me. 10-25 minutes depending on size and quantity. I pricked the potatoes first as well, not sure if that is key, but it couldn't hurt.0
