hi everyone, today I'm

59.6 kg or 131.39 pounds

I would like to be 56.6 kgs in 4 weeks

    Currently at 67 kg (around 147 lbs) and i want to lose 6 kilos by the end of october. i figured this would be a good way to start just so something will hold me accountable.

    I have been slowly continuing to gain weight, and really need help and accountability to continue to log foods for calorie counting and exercise. I was planning on started tomorrow, and happened to come upon this group. I would love to help (and be helped!) to lose 6.6 pounds in 4 weeks. I've never been in a group like this before, and am hoping we can all help and encourage each other.

    102.6lbs / 46.5kg as of this morning. Hoping to lose a couple lbs and tone up :)

    currently weigh 146 lbs I just want to get under 140. For some reason everytime I get close something triggers and I inch up and I gain 5 lbs. I need to get past the 140 and under it a good 5 lbs.

    151.2 lbs my goal weight is 130. I'm really having a hard time dropping weight but the healthy eating and exercise is really working to make me feel better.

    Looking to lose 5-10 lbs in September. Current weight is 156, ideal weight is 135 by November 1st.

    OMG :( currently 212...looking to get down to 195. Weight and unhealthy lifestyle have finally taken a toll. I am already down 6 and looking to get through the next 6. Setting smaller attainable goals on my way down to 155.

    I was 15stone4.75. Or 214.75 pounds. Or around 97kilos ish. This challenge is perfect for me as I have a hospital appointment on 26 September where I will get weighed. I would like to be under 15 stones then as my goal. That means 209 pounds or less. So minus 6 pounds is the target.
