Hey everyone!

Today's Weigh-in Day, and I'm stoked to report that I've lost 3.2 lbs this week! :smile: How'd the scale treat you this week?

How you doing on your strength-training goal? This week has been pretty hectic for me, so I'm behind on my gym time, but I'm doing okay on my home time. If I drag my (ever-shrinking:wink: ) butt to the gym for half an hour today, I'll hit my goal for the week.

My goals for the day will be to put in that half an hour of strength training at the gym, get in a good walk, and stay under my calories for the day. How about you?
