Wedding Dresses

Well ladies yesterday I tried on wedding dresses for the first time- happy that I'm 2 sizes down from what I would have been trying on, but want to keep this train rolling!

(I am extremely fortunate to have a wonderful mother in law, and even more fortunate that she is an amazing seamstress and offered to make my wedding dress for me! SO I'm on cloud nine that not only do I not have to wait the standard 5-6 months to have it arrive in town, but that it's being custom fit for me. Woot woot!)

SO before this dress-making/designing gets going, it's time to get things moving and melting again. I've been having far too many cheats combined with days going over my macros.

Time for me to get re-introduced to seriously hard work.

Happy Sunday to all!

Two sizes down, even though you've been cheating a bit? That's still impressive. I'm happy for you and it definitely is great about your MIL being a seamstress, as well as a wonderful lady. I haven't even met my future MIL yet! LOL.

I bought an off-the-rack evening gown for my upcoming wedding (my 2nd, so I didn't want the fuss like the first time around) and got it from Dillard's on clearance. It was so cheap, I bought 2 in different sizes. ;-) The larger size fits perfectly (except for being too long) but I'd really like to get into the smaller one. I'm giving myself until October, which is the latest I feel I should get the dress hemmed. (Wedding is in Feb.)

I had no idea this group existed, but then again I hadn't searched for anything like it. So glad I caught your update on my news feed.

That's fantastic! Congrats on dropping the sizes and awesome that you get to have a custom wedding dress!! I am terrified of going dress shopping, especially because I haven't actually dropped any sizes...

My wedding dress is a mess at the moment, it is
    A) too big, since I lost weight
and B) I busted the zipper trying to squeeze into it when it was too small.
    but it looks like this
