After a 6 month break, I'm back lifting!!!

I had a little break from lifting and other forms of exercise because I got a bit lazy and let myself go and I have been working at building my business. Today I decided to come back mainly because what I was doing wasn't effective all and I wasn't being consistent but more importantly my son has just signed up to our local gym and wants to lift too. He spurred me on.
I decided to go back to basics and start with a lower weight and it felt really good. Last week I started cycling again and really enjoyed it. My Taekwondo club is closed for 2 weeks so I had to find an alternative. I've been cycling almost every day for almost 2 weeks, began lifting today and go back to my TKD training next week. I turned 48 yesterday and want to head into my 50s looking and feeling great.
I am just starting to connect with the communities again and it would be nice to make some new friends and share the journey!
