    This feels weird to say but last night I ONLY got 39 minutes of extreme effort exercise in. That is the second least amount of exercise I have done in a day in four weeks or so.

    down half an inch in the waist and an inch in the belly...harley quinn, here I come!

    September winds down with a startling pound drop on the scale over my previous low weight...that's a total 1.8 lbs lost this month...my goal was to lose an inch of belly and I'm happy to say I lost 1.5, plus 0.5 off on the waist which I didn't anticipate...Saturday is my usual measurement day, so that may change tomorrow, but those are the numbers as of last Sat.

    September workouts - I did some substitutions along the way:
    Walk - 21 goal - 19 complete
    Legs - 13 goal - 8 complete
    Combat - 13 goal - 12 complete
    Abs - 11 goal - 11 complete ***yay all of them***
    Yoga - 11 goal - 11 complete ***yay all fo them***
    Arms - 8 goal - 2 complete ***this is terrible and needs to improve next month***
    Total body - 8 goal - 5 complete

    85 total workouts planned in September - 68 workouts completed. It was a very aggressive schedule and I'm not surprised I missed some, but pretty happy about getting 68 workouts in a single month!!!

    Bring it on October!!!
