Morning, Everyone! One of the things I often forget about is my posture. I'm constantly slouching or sitting in a way that probably hurts my back more than helps. But not today!
Today's Challenge: Try and keep perfect posture throughout the day
Old habits are hard to break. How many times will you catch yourself slouching into them?

Great challenge.I am terrible about craning my neck, and I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain as a result. I try to remember to tuck my chin and take a military posture. My posture has improved since I started my "be fit" lifestyle, but there is still much room for improvement.0
