Back to school, back to workouts

Hi!
I'm back. I fell off the lifting wagon a while ago when derby got super busy, then vacations, then a concussion, etc. But now I am back to lifting starting next week. I'm still trying to figure out a good schedule to be able to lift, climb, and skate, but I will see what I can do! I hope that I will be able to go back to morning workouts once everyone is back in their routine.
I am going to start super light to try and minimize DOMS, since it has been so long since I lifted regularly.
Time to get back the strength I lost, and finally lose this last 10 lbs!

not about the concussion though. i can't imagine lifting with that - hope it's better.0
