I finally bought a spiralizer today and made some zoodles (zucchini noodles). So quick and easy!
Then I made this sauce: http://therecipecritic.com/2016/02/the-best-homemade-alfredo-sauce-ever/
I doubled the fresh minced garlic and omitted the garlic powder. Other than that, I followed the recipe as is. It is wonderful! The only thing that might make it more wonderful is, of course, bacon. Next time. . .

What spiralizer do you recommend?0

@sdemontigny I can't speak for OP but I recommend this one.
I plan on making this recipe using spaghetti squash.0 -
I have a little $14.99 Vegetti from Bed Bath Beyond for spirilizing zucchini. It works great for that purpose. I looked at a few different ones but have no need for a multi purpose tool/appliance. I've collected over the years, about every kitchen gadget known.0

My apologies @sdemontigny , I haven't been looking in here for a while! I have this one, and it works well. If you don't want the extra blades, you can save money on a more basic model. I think the hand-held kind start at $9.99.0
