Well, I am back and I hope you all are too!!! I again apologize for disappearing this past weekend, but now I can focus and get this thing going!!!
So - what did you do this past weekend? And what do you want to accomplish this week? Weight related and non - weight related!
We went out of town to shop and to a fireworks festival, which was super awesome and worth going to despite traffic! Sunday was bbq day and yesterday was more bbq day. "Last of summer" weekend pretty much. But I ain't putting away my flipflops yet!!! Last year I made it to November with them LOL!!!
So I am dreading weighing in this week but I'll have to do it tomorrow, lol... this week's goal is simply to stay under cals every day! Non-weight wise I hope to get some gardening done. A lot of plants are spent and got some tomato picking to do.

I haven't been in the mood to work out at allll. I've just been so engrossed in work, in a good way. I went for a walk yesterday but otherwise I'm just not interested. I know I should do it. I think I'll make it my goal to do it tomorrow and Saturday so at least I'll have 3 days in.
And no way am I weighing in cuz it's almost time of the month and I'm super bloated! Again, something that working out could help with lol.1 -
I managed to eat very little this weekend and I ended up losing 3 lbs. as you already know!2

Well this week is almost over now. It is Friday. I made it to the gym Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but today was grandparents day so I missed. I might try to get over there tonight and again tomorrow. Sunday is my day off and I'll start again on Monday. My goal for this coming 7 days is to stay faithful to show up at the gym at least 4 days next week. As my body allows it I will up my time and my speed on the treadmill. I will do my best to recognize all the positive things that are happening in my body even if I don't see the scale budge. Usually the first 3 weeks that you're doing this stuff you see some pretty positive results on the scale but I have not seen even 1 pound drop. I am making much better food choices. I am averaging about 1200 calories a day. I am exercising harder than I ever have. It has to pay off on the weight at some point, right?!1
