It is really hot here and our air conditioning broke. I'm very glad for my electric pressure cooker, because I can cook without heating up the house. With how hot it was, we weren't very hungry, so I cooked some potatoes and we had leftovers with them. But wow it was nice to have "baked" potatoes without heating up the already hot house!

Sorry to hear your AC is out.
I hope it gets fixed soon. But you are right the pressure cooker is wonderful for cooking in the summer. I have been using it a lot for that very reason. I love that you don't have to watch it and stir too. Set it and forget it. Still have to try those potatoes. 0
