Accurate Calories?

Hello. I am new to this group. I used MFP before getting pregnant but have avoided it so far because I was worried about supply. I pump 3 times a day, twice during the work day and once at night to keep up supply. My daughter is now 10 months old and I REALLY don't want to jeopardize supply now that my goal to breastfeed 12 months is in sight! After easily coming within 5lbs of my pre-baby weight, I have added 5 additional pounds that I now need to shed so my clothes still fit.
Has anyone had issues with milk supply after starting MFP?
Any negative consequences with falling below the daily calorie count?
Any tips for exercising while working full time and not wanting to miss out on family dinner?
Do you find the calories that are added back to the goal to be accurate and sufficient?
Thanks!
