How do I unsync my old fitbit to mfp and sync my new one?

Finally went to set up my replacement fitbit today, and I went to unsync my old fitbit under devices in the app, but everytime I hit disconnect it just brings me back to the previous screen. Im guessing mfp didn't automatically connect to my new fitbit,and even if it did why wouldn't it let me disconnect it?

Please if anyone knows what to do, give me some advice.

    Delete the previous device from the app and add the new one.

    You don't have to do anything in MFP. Your MFP account is connected to your Fitbit account, not your device, and doesn't care which Fitbit you have.

    You just have to tell your Fitbit account about your new device. If you don't know how to do that, either check the instructions on the Fitbit site or contact Fitbit customer service for help.
