The full-tilt boogie Detox Diet is pretty darned challenging. (Uh yeah--that's why we're calling it a challenge.) NO alcohol, caffeine, dairy, grains, sugar/sweetener, or processed foods. And as I've told all members, how you choose to do the challenge is up to you.
