Just thought I'd put it out there in case it helps motivate anyone. I started out logging and lost 1 to 2 pounds each week. Then I started guessing. Well how wrong could I be right? I'd been logging daily so surely I knew now how many calories in things and could keep up the loss? Well in my 2 months of guesstimating I only lost 2 pounds. A pound each month. Better than a gain but I have loads to lose! So I've just had a full month of logging every damn day and have lost 7 pounds/half a stone which I'm much happier with and will continue to log every damn day til I get to goal weight.     I agree. I was on mfp long before baby and lost a lot of weight logging and exercising...but you have to measure everything!! and be honest about what you are eating.

    So true! I was only logging breakfast for a while, then decided to do it all and I've lost 2 lbs last month.
