It was so much fun to have you share what you do to liven up your treadmill time. Thanks for sharing.
Hopalong Cassidy was chosen "Man of the Year' by Time magazine in 1950. Many of you have no idea who he was. I was born in 1950, so I grew up with Hoppy and lots of TV western heroes.

Hi Yo Silver! Awaaay!
Sitting here sweaty. Just completed the Day 2 Series of Cardio/Strength. Did 35 minutes worth. Included Jump Rope; squats with light dumbbells; plank to failure; rowing; treadmill intervals of walking and running. The most important thing was just doing it.

I took it easy today as my tuckus is sore but I exercised. Yes on all 3.2
