I was up and at em this morning did over 3 miles and I ate healthy too.
Yep I am in one of those snow places I convinced my husband to get the snowblower repaired. He felt he had time. I literally would have had it fixed in spring but at least it's done before the snow flies. I really don't mind doing the driveway it's just I like having the snowblower when It's snowing harder than I can keep up with it.2 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes casual walk 20+ min. Taking it easy today, spent the last 2 days painting and cleaning. Up and down the ladder. (a friend bought a old farm house) Definitely a leg and arm workout

For some reason I have been oddly bloated. I'm trying to figure out if my bloat is connected to the hemp & chia I've been eating trying to get all my protein, iron, calcium, etc. or if I'm bloating extra early this month. I will be crushed if I have another gain this week (gained 0.5#; my first gain in 10 weeks!)0 -

Today, I was like @Intrinsicat I was walking beside horses instead of riding them. Got 90+ minutes of walking at a pretty consistent pace. Exercise was definitely ok. Calories were ok and Tracking was ok.1

@RangerRickL What you didn't give the horse a ride and work out those muscles? LOL My friend Tom says everytime he gets near them they pee on him so he won't be giving anyone a ride either. LOL0

Did not end up staying in my calories. Reporting it here. Tacking a pass day, and getting back in the saddle..... to continue with the horse theme we have going here. ;-)0 -

Pass day #2 because I went over on calories.
I'm glad I still tracked it because what I thought was a few calories over was way way more when I wrote it all down.
Tracking after the fact doesn NOT work for me. Lol.0
