In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Hello,
Thanks for getting us started Forestrose. Back from vacation and ready to go! Actually lost a pound. I spulrged but in moderation. Had plenty of healthy snacks for in between meals and only ate twice a day too.

1) Calories in Green - 0/7
2) Go to bed before 11 o'clock - 0/5
3) Step goal 8000 steps - 0/30 -

Welcome back from vacation. sounds like you did a super job with managing your food choices. not easy to do. good goals. I know you can get them done this week.
Hearts, seehe and Lost it and everyone else. we would love to have you join us. this is such a struggle and checking in is one more thing to do. but I know it can really help.

nothing to report on my goals. how is it going for everyone else? take care0 -
I am still on holidays and honestly forgot all about checking in....4 more days to go then back home....a little scared to step on the scale when i get home....i have tried to eat light and only 2 meals a day BUT my sister in law is a great cook and did lots of baking so have had some kind of dessert at least 4 times this week.
Guess i will nust have to get out and do some more walking.0 -
