Morning, Everyone! Today we are doign a simple exercise but it can be quite effective.

Today's Challenge: Improve balance and increase ankle mobility with 20 ankle circles

How To Do It:

Stand and raise your left thigh until it's parallel to the floor. Clasp your hands under your left knee to help support your thigh. Keep your lower leg still and rotate your ankle clockwise five times, and then counter-clockwise five times. Switch legs and repeat.

    Thanks but this is one I will not be doing as my balance is not great so I will increase my walking. Have a good day stress free!!
