Jillian kicked my *kitten* on Saturday. I hadn't done NMTZ for a long time and I'm still sore!
Monday - walking+dance game
Tuesday - BBY (bodyweight exercises)+zumba
Wednesday - walking+6W6P
Thursday - BBY + zumba

I love Jillian... I have been doing Insanity as you know, and I did BFBM for the first time in about 2 months yesterday and it was tough I was dripping in sweat!! So I have NMTZ today... eeek!!

Done NMTZ for the first time in 2 months and it was tough... but I like it!!
Also downloaded a book on my kindle called Boyweight Workout Series (it was free) and it has 4 weeks worth of bodyweight workouts in there (3 per week) and I started week 1 of that today also...

Katie, I know how you feel getting back to Jillian. I don't think I had done BFBM or NMTZ for a couple of months, but thought I was still keeping up doing treadmill/elliptical while I was travelling. WRONG! It was rough getting back to her last week.
I managed to get to the pool today for the first time in forever and thought after five minutes of swimming that I'd never be able to do it for a whole hour like I planned, but once I got warmed up I managed to do it. Am hoping to go swimming more often, but I am dependent on my cousin to get me into her neighborhood pool.0 -
