Hi, I am new to this group and wondering if anyone here is currently active. I am 45 years old and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 10 years ago, but I had symptoms since my early 20's which doctors I saw previously either misdiagnosed or dissmissed telling me "there is nothing wrong with you". I had good pain management through exercise a few years ago, but I am struggling to get back into a routine that I can manage. Is anyone else in the same situation and would like to set some exercise goals and check in online with each other on a regular basis?

I too have fibromyalgia since I was 19 years old I'm now 49 and i have other things wrong. I would love to be motivation buddies. I have a hard time trying to stay on a schedule with all the pain. But i need to get healthy. Ive had 3 surgerys and alot of down time so I've lost a lot of muscle. So my plan is to loss weight (50 pounds) and gain muscle. But I have to do it in my time so I don't hurt myself.
