I've been logging for 250+ days. I've had set backs but have lost almost 38 pounds on my own after leaving a doctor sponsored weight loss program just three days before a scheduled gastric sleeve and loss of 80 pounds. I gained 60 back and have now lost the 38 so still above where I was (320) but at 361, still not the 410 I was. Severely hampered by arthritis but trying to increase my daily steps. I don't think I regret cancelling the bariatric surgery but it surely was easier losing weight when I was accountable to someone.
