July week 3

Happy Monday, guys!

New week = new challenges :smile: So let's get it done!

Please keep your updates coming, so we can encourage each other.

This week, I am determined to catch up on the month's calories. Started off with some much needed weight training (my upper body's going to cry tomorrow, I bet), and a little cardio afterward.

    I lowered this week's goal from 3800 to 3500 since I burned some extra calories the first two weeks (week 1 4429/3800, week 2 3942/3800). I was supposed to start Focus T25 today, but my left foot *still* hurts and I can't do jumping, bouncing etc.

    Slowly catching up a bit :smile: But my body has been sore on all sorts of places at the end of the day, because I've upped some of my weights a bit (still weaksauce though, haha). Patience, patience... :blushing:

    Woke up so sore from yesterday's workout, that I was tempted to call it a cheeky rest day. But then I told myself I should try to exercise the soreness away, so I got my Combat and Rockin' Body in. Speaking of which, zomg, Shaun T is pretty hilarious (and different from his Insanity self) on these videos. The routine I did today is called "Booty Time" and it does work your butt, even if it's just dancing, haha :smile:

    I ended up burning way more calories this week than I had planned. I realised I was quite behind my July MYAC goal (380km), so I've been doing a lot of biking and walking this week.

    Had a rest day on Saturday being away in town, but squeezed in a quick workout last night. So:

    Still so behind on my monthly goal... But I will try my best for week 4+!!!

    I had 3 rest days in the week - i've been really tired & run down lately. I think i'm overextending myself too much.
