Watched the sunrise from my balcony, heard the birds waking up and saw a line of geese honking and flying south across the sky. Fall definitely on its way.

Tracking with MFP, I can see things I didn't with WW. Like salt intake was overboard a few days this week, and my weight shows it. Hiked Mt. Wachusett 4 days in a row, going for 5 this morning. I cancelled my WW pass yesterday.

DD having an end-of-pool-season homemade pizza on the grill party tonight. I better climb that mtn. 3 or 4 times...

    Good Morning!

Mike, sounds awesome! Keeping your family in prayer for the transplant committee.

Wow, but I'm glad that today is Friday! Whew! What a week!

Morning Men. Another beautiful day here. Finally think I am starting to find some balance and learning to separate home and the office. Actually took some time for a bike ride during the day. Still cant beat the commute. Be well all.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Bill, hope the injections help. Mike, thinking of your son.

Had a great hike up into the Olympic Mountains, yesterday. The Olympics are really spectacular, but so rugged that there are no roads. Unless yo can hike in, there is no way to appreciate their beauty. Glad I can still enjoy them. Covered 19.2 miles with 4,100 feet of climbing. Here's a shot from near where I ate my lunch. Warrior Peak in the background with Mount Constance too close to get in the image.

Late check in. Injections all 5 of them helped greatly. I worked all day yesterday and a bit at nite. It has been months. Beginning to wear off now, but hopefully things will be at a more acceptable level. We are waiting on insurance approval for the facet joint injections.

    Dave, what an amazing shot!
