    Week 25 (#6) weight: 252.4 (9/23/16) I feel that I've been doing well at about 1lb down almost every week.

    @heatherc369 Yeah, buffet of any kind, let alone sushi, is probably not a good idea before weigh ins. lol But since you weighed in yesterday at least you know where you'll be once all the sodium and stuff is gone.

    Haha anything other than homemade food will bloat and retain water / salt!!!!
    I'm still stuck between 148/150. But I'm not complaining a and it's been to busy and unusual to stress about anything other than maintenance!!!
    Next week or two I'll start again and try to get down to 145.
    I'm just glad to be back into a gym routine!
