Hello everyone, I was redirected to the group when a member saw my posts in the general community. Lovely to join you all here.
Currently I'm working through the Zombies 5k program tackling w4r1 tonight and I have to say this app has made running very addiciting. Although I do which the 5k version was a bit more comptable with the ZR2 and there have been some other a little fustrating glitches (runs being deleted)
Since its beautiful outside currently I trail run downtown durning my lunch hour which seems to work rather well with the stories thus far, but it makes me want to run in very sketchy run down areas just for that "authentic feel".
Anywhoinhow great to find a commmunity that fits with MFP, feel free to add

Welcome Runner 5! you'll fine Able Township very welcoming and fun to be with.
Keep picking up those packages of underware and baseball bats and stay away from Zoms!0 -
New runner here too!!! I was working on the 5k app, but it was a bit too easy and hard to do on the treadmill with the intervals, so.... I *gulp* just bumped up to the full app. I'm already addicted! Anyone do most of their runs on treadmills? I need to with my schedule right now... just wondering how you log distances.

The treadmills at my gym keep track of distance so I use that, but obviously the app can't track that.
