Folks, I'm so sorry that I created this group and basically disappeared. I am back now and hope to take it more seriously this time. In addition to AS, I have also been diagnosed as 'pre-diabetic' and hypertensive, so I really need to get my butt in gear. I'm not a super-motivational person, but created the group simply to link with others suffering from the disease.
