Hi! I'm Birkleigh and I just joined myfitnesspal a few days ago. I struggle with restricting type EDNOS (used to be anorexia nervosa but the diagnosis changed when I gained weight.) I was hospitalized last year for my eating disorder along with suicidal thoughts, self harm and depression/anxiety, and I was put on a medication that caused a lot of weight gain. Now here I am, navigating the in's and out's of ED recovery mixed with weight loss. If anyone needs someone to talk to, I am always available!
