It starts today!

I'm going to try to log every food eaten and workout I do. How's everyone's goals coming along?

    So I've been truly slacking. I just started logging everything yesterday. Hoping to keep up with it. Boyfriend and I have made a goal to lose weight, eat healthier, and exercise more together. Hoping that we motivate each other better than we had been doing.

    I've been on MFP for a few years now and I feel like when I'm on it and tracking, I do great. Then I get overconfident and figure I don't need it and start to backslide. This fall I'm feeling good, both with tracking and with exercise. Hoping to accomplish some good stuff over here!
