Hi! Is there anything else we need to do to get tracked properly in this challenge? I just got the app, linked the fitbit.... do y'all just magically see my steps?

Hey! So you need to make sure you are logging your food using MyFitnessPal. Part of the challenge is to eat at least 8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, and receive 8 hours of sleep per 24 hours. It's a bit more challenging to see your steps and sleep through MyFitnessPal, so you can just take a screenshot of your steps and sleep and send it to myself or Bambi for tracking. If you need help, please come let me know!0
