Weight lifting, biking, jogging, and of course, VR. That's what this 2nd 50 Day Challenge shall comprise of.
Day One
Hex-Bar Deficit Deadlift
5x88#
5x108#
5x98#
Gravitron Pull-Ups
3x20x-100#
Standing Press
5x45#
3x5x55#
Cardio
15 min: The Thrill of the Fight
After 10 months of no strength training, I am weak. So I'm starting very, very light, but hopefully I'll be able to ramp things up quickly.

Day Two
1 HR: Audioshield Elite, The Thrill of the Fight, Holopoint, Swordmaster VR
Burn: 841 kcal0 -
Did some exerviving today, but it was very casual. Didn't wear the HR or time it even.
I did however weigh myself this morning for the first time since I finished my first VR Challenge. I'm up .1 lbs.
My goal for the week was to maintain my weight, and I was able to do that almost exactly, so I'm pretty happy with that.
My goal leading into week two is also to maintain.1 -
Have you done any jumping jacks with the weight vest on?
I rather enjoyed how butt kicking it was.0 -
Day Two
Day Four
Day Five
Managed to jog 25 minutes today (with my son in tow) before my IT band started to aggravate me (old injury). If not for that, I could have easily jogged an hour at that pace. For me this demonstrates that my VR training translates into more traditional training. Having in the past transitioned even from weight lifting to jogging, I would have felt aerobically strained after 5-10 minutes. My knee should sort itself out though, so hopefully I will be able to do a better comparison of an hour of jogging versus an hour of VR soon.
Also got a short strength workout in today between classes.
Deadlift
5x115#
3x5x135#
Machine Bench Press
3x8x90#
Assisted Pull-Up
3x20x-95#0 -

That sounds pretty hardcore, and honestly, I don't think I could handle it with my knees. lol.
I would if I weren't already so broken.1 -

This is what I've started doing when my shoulder is causing me issues, since that's where I'm broken1
