Greetings,
As I mentioned in my intro, I'm new to IBS and new to this group, though I've used MFP off and on for a while. I find it great and helpful to log my foods while on the FODMAP elimination to hopefully soon figure out my triggers. So far so good on the elimination. Back to having normal BM, rather than every time i needed to urinate. (Goals: normal BM! LOL!)
So anyone still here and willing to help make this group useful for those who need guidance?

    I've been on and off for awhile now, but trying to stay with it. I know it has been awhile but are you still having IBS issues or is the FODMAPS helping?

    I recently just started low fodmap for ibs and I feel better already

    Follow up! My IBS was resolved, for the most part. FODMAPS, specifically fructose is what set me off. After elimination I was so much better! Turns out eating multiple peaches a day is not OK for my body.
    So, high fructose fruit is limited to one a day and I am OK. Oh and lactose is far reduced in my diet as well. Ah well, ice cream was never loved.
