    Good Morning,
    Another HOT and DRY day; hopefully Matthew will send us a few showers as he moves up the coast by weekend.
    Working on month-end, quarter-end and starting new October; such fun as referred to yesterday. I use to keep sanity by leaving work and working on homes as a hobby per DW, now I go to gym to relieve stress and take hostility out before getting home.

    Sam! Good to see you up bright and early today! Yes, I have another fun one on tap today, too. Got a ton done yesterday, so that will help today. The treat for today is that at lunch time, I go see my chiropractor. I have a lot of stiff and sore places. I know that she will help me feel better today. Going to the chiropractor is fine. It is going to the physical therapist for my frozen shoulder that makes me cry like a baby.

    Off to bible study this morning. Got up early enough and having healthy breakfast, so as to not be lead into temptation by their donuts, coffee cakes, blueberry pies and whatnot. Will try to forego all that and just sip coffee and listen. o:)

    Good Morning. I think what I miss most about hiking is the sounds of nature and the views. Sometimes hiking in Yosemite you would get tired hit an amazing view and be good for another hour or two. Keep the pictures coming.

    Facet Joint Injections today at 2:30. Up to get a meal & pain pill in at 4:30 before the 8 hr fasting period starts. Going up to the home office now to try and get some critical work in beforehand. Working east coast hours. Hopefully the Norco won't cause as many problems today. Have a great day. Give someone a reason to smile!

    Yeah Mike I know that at our church they have started adding in some "healthy" items along with the carb stuff for after service instead of just donuts and coffee cake. Hope ya get some help from the injections Bill.
    Oh and hot and dry ??? Uh not in the Pac NW. More like cold and damp with a hi temp of 58 deg yesterday. brrrr and a rain shower riding a short loop to the store.

    Damp morning today. I really hope I can get out for a hike this week. It now looks like Thursday might be ok. Love the sunset, Mike.

    Tracking, to lose a few I gained over the last couple of weeks. Made a pot of potato and cabbage soup yesterday. Pretty good and very low cal.
