Continues to be busy, still trying to catch up from being on vacation last week.
Believe new meds are going to work, was able to sleep last night plus arms and legs not hurting near as much this morning.
Back to exercising 3 days a week, leading yoga class this afternoon.

Good Morning. Glad to hear your are making progress, Sam. My Facet injections went well yesterday, though the 20 min drive down there was brutal since I was off pain meds. But there is less pain this morning and hopefully it will improve a bit more and last a while. Sleep patterns are a bit of a mess and my stomach should improve as I stop the pain meds. Driving for the finish line on a deal so hopefully I will be able to get a decent day in. Still limiting my self to standing for short periods, pacing around and breaks laying down.0

Bill, still keeping you in prayer for pain relief. I used you as a life cycle change example on the running thread today, simply saying that our friend Bill in CA had to stop running due to long term injury. I still pray that one day you WILL be able to run again, if that is what you desire. I rambled in part today, missing the sage advice of our friend Dennis Reynolds.
Out late again last night, and it is a stuggle to get going this morning. DW has really been fighting despair and grief. I feel it, but not as sharply as she does right now. We're coming up on 6 years on the 10th, and Jacob's 28th birthday would have been on the 24th. The 24th is also the day that Connie will give the opening talk to the annual convention of Kansas Highway Patrol, Kansas Department of Transportation, and County Prosecutors.
Mike, and Dave, still keeping you and your families in prayer, as well.

Morning everyone. Rain finally departed after 10 days of dreary drizzle, although it wasn't enough to make a dent in the drought. Nice to see the sun though.

Got the laptop to boot by removing the battery, then reinstalling it. Old tricks still work.
More rain today, but I'll get out for a soggy walk this morning.
