So aside from running, what other forms of exercise do you do to keep in shape?

I work out with a trainer twice a week in the morning. Strength training mixed with cardio - it keeps me strong and mostly injury free. How about you?1

I am the absolute worst and actually don't really have any other exercise routines yet. My boyfriend and I are planning to join a gym to do weight training, we just haven't gotten around to it yet (mostly because of money).0
