Are Vegan One shakes allowed during the 6 week challenge? I work crazy hours. Last week from Monday to Sunday I worked 96 hours, plus I am a high volume large breed dog foster so I don't have a lot of meal prep time. Thank goodness for steamed veggies and prepackaged salads as I see these playing a major role in my eating plan.
