Low blood sugar - what's too low?

I had annual biometric screening at work today and was shocked by my blood sugar level. I knew it would be low and wanted it to be, but I was thinking in the low 3's would be awesome. I came in at 2.1. Shocking to me as I had previously been gestational diabetic and even after I had my daughter I played with the strips and could never get my fasting below 5.3.

All I can think is how I often go much longer than this without eating, so how low is it getting. I haven't done more than a 24 hour fast in ages but used to, I'd even done a 72 hour before. I was about 15 hours without eating but had BCAAs and 1 TBSP of bulletproof XCT this morning after going to the gym.

Do you guys have any idea what your #s usually are? Is this typical for keto?

Are you a diabetic? If not, a low-normal rate can be okay. i don't have the translations of these numbers, but I'll look again when I can.

The XCT may have artificially lower the number, too. A podcast I listened to yesterday said that adding MCT/XCT oil at 20% of a higher carb meal can mitigate some of the carb reactions to insulin and glucose, so it might have dimmed the natural insulin response, etc.

Thank you so much! I'm not diabetic I was just gestational diabetic with my first pregnancy but not my second, and the know it all clinic basically promised me that I would be actually diabetic in the next 10 years (that was four years ago) and I admit it's something I'm concerned about. The technician was not happy about my blood sugar today at all. Basically ordered me to go eat something, and seemed very alarmed.

I'll keep an eye on it but I wasn't sure if this was more or less okay because I'm keto, or if I should be alarmed
