In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Weekly Goals for Oct. 10 - Oct. 16
"I am shooting for consistency not perfection"- Water - drink 4-6 bottles daily (24oz ea) 0/7 (96oz-144oz)
- Sleep - in bed by 11:00pm 0/7
- Workouts - back in the water soon, got doc OK. waiting for $ for Membership
- Food - Make healthy conscious choices for my body and mind. Fruit 0/7 Veg 0/7 Both daily goal
- Kindness toward myself - Always. I AM W♥RTH IT!

We can do this. This was my 3rd week in a row losing weight at Tops! That is a 1st for this year. I hope to keep the streak going. We started a contest last night that takes us to Dec 20th! I am shooting to win it.

Nice and simple Girl! :drinker: I love how you set up your Goals this week @Lost-it I think next week I might go with 2 goals and see how that works for me. Focus on 2 and keep it simple for my brain. I'm an over thinker sometimes (um, well, most times). Maybe taking your lead will help me out.

Great idea Lost-it! I'll work on that, sadly many of the options that used to be available to us Mods/owners of the groups no longer work. When the forums were re-done several years back the groups were never the same.
I'll look around and check in with MAK and see what can be done.0 -
