Good Morning BBB.
Sam - thanks for starting us off this morning.
Training yesterday was interesting and quite wet from on and off rain.
Desk work today and some house cleaning too.
Jack is up for a commercial gig next week - keep your fingers and paws crossed.
Bob - praying for your DD.
Do good out there everyone.0 -
Good Morning,
Tis TGIF Eve,
I'm so excited, DMIL will be up tomorrow, NOT, but she will try and help with BBQ.
Talked with another company about installing hardwoods, can't seem to find anyone who wants a reasonable profit; they think they can hit a homerun with individuals but I know what some rehabbers pay. I may have to end up getting someone out of Atlanta, folks out our way have been spoiled by those living in exclusive lake developments. I shouldn't say to much we were DLP's just a few months ago.
Lee, enjoy your day off.
Mary, hope you win BIG!
Three hours for medical selection and you are not even to Medicare yet. Just wait it is even more confusing, DW is trying to figure out what to choose, when and why.
Enjoy the Day,

Mary - I hope you had a great birthday and that you are having big fun in Vegas - Win!0

Good morning.
We saw a Subaru commercial last night. Dog waiting on his mate to get out of the beauty parlor. Cecilia said "Is that Jack?"
So, was it?0 -
Lou - it's a great commercial but it was not Jack. Another talented dog star - tell Cecilia Jack appreciates the nod.0

Morning Gang!
Sam - each time you say DMIL is visiting - be thankful she's not living with you (yet)! Me and my DMIL have a bumping of the heads often.... Love her - but living together is a challenge!
Raine - glad training went well! Hope HJ gets the gig! Woot!
Mary must be recovering - or off to an unnamed country after hitting the jackpot - leaving us BBB'rs to wonder "where in the world is Mary?"
Lou - how's Cecilia?
Lisa? Remember us? Your BBB family? Hope all is well in Michigan!
Work today and a Happy Hour with boss tonight... Class lectures following that. Priorities, right?
Inspire someone today! ~Skip0 -
Morning gang
Dropping off our ballots today. Does that mean I'll stop getting calls? Hope so.
We visited MIL this weekend. She has gone downhill fast. I am amazed they are still keeping her at home. Even with nurses coming in during the day she is way more care than they should handle.0 -
Good morning BBB Friends. The highlight of my day will listening to the Fire Chief defend a significant increase to our fire tax. Oh yes, I am also giving blood at the local Catholic church. I confirmed ahead of time that they accept Methodist blood. Happy Hour and then lecture. Should be interesting. And yes, it is true. There something about Mary.1

Bill - love your priorities0
-
Dennis - thats funny!!!
Support your fire department....You never know when you might need them.... TRUST ME!0 -
Speaking of Fire Departments, the other morning as I left for work I saw a fire truck exiting expressway and turn down highway, when I got home I was asked by several if I had heard about the excitement. Now there are two different versions of this story.
Per husband: I got up fixed a piece of toast which I burned and tossed in trash then left and went to gym. I can vouch his garage door was open and car gone when I left for work.
Per wife: I woke up and house was full of smoke, I couldn't see or breath so I called the fire department. Please note, smoke alarm never went off neither did security system alert 911.
I wonder if she was sipping some tonic?0 -

Afternoon BBB.
Spent morning training with Geoff and his truck full-o-dogs. Nice weather. Birds were co-operating too. My Wingmaster 870 20 ga was also co-operating.
Interesting goings-on in your neighborhood, Sam. Some people are just nervous and hyper reactive to potential emergency situations. Mountains out of molehills, as me dad says.
Raine, Jack always gets the nod here.
Thank you for voting, Steph. DW is thinking of not voting...I told her she needs to vote, if she wants to abstain because she doesn't like her options, fine. But there are other elections to vote on.

Lou: hope Cecilia is doing better.
Lee: nice weather?? Uh it is "Duck weather" here with nothing but rain as far as the eye can see for probably a week. Hopefully the typhoon remnants (Songda) will go a bit further north on Saturday.
Dennis: thank-you thank-you for your blood donation. I donated for many years but now have b-cell lymphoma so I can't donate more.
Stay warm and dry all. We have a week of monsoons headed our way.
