    No change this week but I'm okay with that. I started weight lifting so I'm sure that the change in routine has had an impact. It's the first week in 190days that I've not lost.

    2.6 lbs!!!

    Thank God I think I've FINALLY broken through this plateau. I was stuck for the LONGEST time!

    Fwitsend - I can't believe someone could lose so consistently as to last 190 days!!! That is such an amazing achievement in itself. Well done for the weight training too!!
    Well done girls, good loss!!

    I have lost one more 1lb this week... I'm good with that! :) My weight is so up and down I am surprised every week if there is a loss!
