So I have been taking a Ballet Conditioning class once a week and working out at home a couple of times a week. I have increased my leafy green intake, drinking "detox water" and green tea more often, I've mostly cut out fast foods for my family, and we joined Blue Apron which helps keep the meal choices more exciting and calorie controlled.

I'm 2 weeks into the C25K program which I do 3 days a week. I need to workout more on days that I am not doing that. For eating I'm working on eating more veggies and not going out for lunch.0
